The timeline for a custom home build is unique to each project, as it depends on the home’s size, complexity, design details, and permitting processes. However, you can generally expect the following phased timeline:

Pre-Construction (3-6 months): This essential phase includes finalizing architectural designs, engineering, securing permits, and selecting all your finishes. Thorough planning here ensures a smoother construction phase.

Construction (10-16 months): This phase encompasses site work, foundation pouring, framing, installing mechanical systems (electrical, plumbing, HVAC), insulation, drywall, interior finishes (trim, paint, flooring), and final exterior work.

Final Walkthrough & Closing (1-2 months): We conduct a detailed final inspection with you to ensure every detail is perfect, handle municipal final inspections, and prepare for the keys to be handed over.
